Meet the Club's Board of Directors
The Foothill Farms Cabana Club #2 is a not-for-profit corporation as such it has a governing board of directors. The Board of Directors is a group of members who make decisions about how the club should be run within the confines of the Foothill Farms Cabana Club No. 2 Inc. corporate by-laws; its primary responcebility is to represent the best interests of the club and its membership. The Board hires and fires employees i.e. Pool Manager & Lifeguards. Each Board Member is elected by the club membership for a one year term. Elections are held at the end of each summer season in August; the Board Member's term begins the following January 1st. Any Membership Household Unit may run for a position on the Board. Below are the current Board Members by positions. Also, reports & documents about the club's performance are posted below for all to review.
